Making an Impact

We believe that everyone has the potential to make an impact when presenting, when attending meetings and/or meeting someone one-to-one. Our High Impact course enables everyone to become their most impactful self when presenting themselves. Our course is different to most courses of this type in that we don't have a specfic recipe for making an impact. Career Enhancement Coaching

We believe that every individual is unique and has the right to be in a job that is personally fulfilling and enjoyable – what ever that measure might be. Achieving this will have a profoundly positive affect on the individual, their colleagues and the organisation. However, it is not always simple for the individual, the line manager or HR to achieve this and it can become a critical issue when people and organisations are faced with change, unrest, redundancy, talent management and retention issues. Career Management for Managers and Leaders is a one day seminar aimed at Managers and Leaders in the Pharmaceutical industry who want to understand their own career aspirations and be able to apply a proven career planning and management process on themselves.

Most courses of this nature are structured to enable leaders and managers to help their staff think about career development, this course is different as it focuses on you, the manager or leader, and your career choices The techniques you will learn on this course, will obviously also be invaluable for use with your team, but the focus will be on your own development. Coaching Skills for Managers and Leaders

This two and a half day training workshop is designed for managers and leaders who wish to enhance their leadership performance. The programme will enable participants to understand and apply some highly-effective core coaching skills in their day-to-day activities. Participants will learn how to adopt some simple yet powerful techniques to help their teams develop more proactive problem solving capacity, take greater accountability and grow in confidence. Peak Performance

Stress can show itself in many forms and situations. Sometimes we might not even be mentally aware that we are stressed and it is others that identify it for us. This 2 day combined Training/Coaching Programme is aimed at helping Leaders, Teams and Individuals become knowledgeable about the nature of stress and how to recognise, manage and prevent it for themselves and others. Management and Leadership Coaching

This programme is for groups of participants who need to develop their leadership and people management skills. A typical programme will be spread over a 6 to 12 month period. Facilitated by experienced Coach-Mentors it is delivered through a series of half day seminars in small workshop groups of five participants. The programme achieves high impact by ensuring that participants complete an action plan during the one month period between each seminar, supported by a telephone mentoring service. The programme is customized to help a client organization deliver measurable KPI objectives wherever possible. This programme has won a National Training Award for effective innovation in 2004. Assertiveness and Effective Communication

Communication underpins all that we do in our professional and personal lives. Good communication and assertiveness are essential skills for effective leadership, management and team working. How else can we effectively achieve the best solutions for ourselves, those around us and the business? This Programme is flexible and can be tailored for 1 or 2 days. It incorporates all the essential elements of Communication and Assertiveness. Using a Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) approach it is the catalyst that helps participants to adopt more productive and constructive ways of thinking and behaving – taking the concept of Coaching a step further. Building Confidence

A comprehensive 6 Step Programme aimed at increasing self-acceptance, self-belief and self-achievement through increased self-confidence. The programme is designed to take place over 3-6 months depending upon individual requirements to ensure that experiential learning and the opportunity to change life-long inhibiting beliefs and behaviours can take place. The Coach is a facilitator and not a director. Throughout the process, the individual leads the priorities and is given tasks, gently nudged and encouraged towards their desired goal.
