This programme is for groups of participants who need to develop their leadership and people management skills. A typical programme will be spread over a 6 to 12 month period. Facilitated by experienced Coach-Mentors it is delivered through a series of half day seminars in small workshop groups of five participants. The programme achieves high impact by ensuring that participants complete an action plan during the one month period between each seminar, supported by a telephone mentoring service. The programme is customized to help a client organization deliver measurable KPI objectives wherever possible. This programme won a National Training Award for effective innovation in 2004.

To build leadership and people management skills and in so doing to demonstrate measurable organisational improvements.

Programme Outline

Month 1

The programme begins with a 1 to 1 briefing for each participant that is designed to set a positive attitude toward the programme. Personal Objectives are established for each participant at this meeting.

Month 2 onwards

A half day seminar is presented each month to groups of five participants. Typically two sessions are delivered each day to a morning and afternoon group. A coaching style is use to facilitate discovered learning and an action plan is agreed with each participant that will require the participants to put theory into action back in their work place. A four week action plan period follows during which the action plan is implemented with telephone support from the coach-mentor. Action Plan compliance is scored with the participants agreement.

End of Programme

Outcomes are reviewed at a close of programme debrief meeting. Achievement against personal objectives is reviewed.

Post Programme

Many organizations choose to run a continuation programme designed to deliver further skills and maintain a focus on foundation skills.

Fees

£14,515 plus VAT for an eight module programme over 10 months (to include pre brief and post brief) for 10 participants, i.e. £1,451 per participant.
