Career Enhancement Coaching
We believe that every individual is unique and has the right to be in a job that is personally fulfilling and enjoyable – what ever that measure might be. Achieving this will have a profoundly positive affect on the individual, their colleagues and the organisation. However, it is not always simple for the individual, the line manager or HR to achieve this and it can become a critical issue when people and organisations are faced with change, unrest, redundancy, talent management and retention issues.
Our flexible Career Enhancement Coaching Programme can provide the solution by offering a core programme that can be specifically adapted to suit all needs in different situations. For example:
- Fast starting individuals in role transitions or during Company induction.
- A respected employee misses promotion. The organisation wants to ensure that they are looked after and where possible, retained.
- An individual is happy in his/her role except for a major issue. Coaching can help them manage or cope with the cause of stress – making the difference between whether they leave or stay.
- Improving performance for high and low achievers.
- An individual reaching a 'Crossroads' in his/her career - unclear of what or where to go next.
- Redundancy situations when individuals require personal coaching as well as career coaching.

Six Stage Modular Programme
The full Career Enhancement Programme has a total of 6 Modules and is likely to take up to 6 months. Module 1 forms the foundation of the Programme for all participants. It incorporates the whole process for Performance Enhancement.
Modules 2-6 can be prioritised and/or selected randomly by the Client and/or Sponsor.
A 7-Session tailored programme is designed to run as half day bi-weekly sessions over 3 months. All programmes can be extended or terminated at any time.
An initial exploratory meeting will take place prior to Agree Services and establish the organisation's and individual's aim and objectives, manage expectations and agree boundaries, confidentiality, location and time frames.
Module 1 – Diagnosis
- Is the person looking for performance enhancement, a change in their current role, a new role in the same organisation, the same role in a new organisation, a new role in a new organisation, a complete career change?
- Is it necessary to adapt attitudes and beliefs that might be hindering them in their current role or in achieving their aim and objectives.
- If necessary, a full analysis is completed of what they have to offer, what drives them and what is important to them. If appropriate this is set against business objectives.
- Setting a SMART Goal and Action Plan.
Module 2 – Personal Marketing
CV Writing, Communication, Assertiveness, Confidence, Personal Presentation.
Module 3 – Job Search
Networking, Internet, Recruitment Consultancies, Research.
Module 4 – Interview Skills
Information Gathering Meetings, Network Meetings, Interview Management.
Module 5 – Negotiating Package
Directly or via a Recruitment Consultancy, Salary and Benefits, Negotiating and Influencing assertively.
Module 6 – Career Development Plan
Skills Gap Analysis, Future Aspirations, Remembering and valuing your Support Network and Environment.
Fees
Ranging from £3,500 to £5,000 plus VAT for 3 to 6 month Programme of 6 Sessions.
