Helen is an experienced coach and business consultant with a passion for helping individuals and teams within organisations realise their true potential by understanding and building on their individual and combined strengths.

Before joining Unicus in February 2005 Helen gained twenty years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, including 16 years at GlaxoSmithKline. Helen started her working life as a bench chemist and held a variety of positions in Data Management, IT and Knowledge Management before specialising in the area of personal and business change. Her final role was at GSK where she was Director of Programme Management. In this role she was responsible for establishing high performing teams, coaching senior business leaders in the delivery of business change and developing the leadership and consultancy skills of a group of internal management consultants.

Helen's other Pharmaceutical experience has included the delivery of large international change programmes, managing complex international functions, developing and delivering training programmes and developing and implementing new capabilities (e.g. knowledge management, virtual team working, collaborative working, programme management). She has also worked with teams throughout Europe, Canada and the United States.

Helen is an accredited AC and ICF Coach and an NLP coach and trainer. She also has further qualifications in Myers-Briggs Step I and II and Change Management, and strong skills in the areas of Project Management and Facilitation.
