Our flexible Career Enhancement Coaching (CEC) Programme provides the solution by offering a core programme that can be specifically adapted to suit all needs in different situations. For example:

A flexible and comprehensive process for career planning and management, covering:

  • Diagnosis - current situation, aspirations, strengths and transferable skills (including Myers Briggs Personality typing on request).
  • Goal Setting – defining and setting SMART short, medium and long term Goals.
  • Action Plans – support through every stage of the career enhancement process.
  • Personal Marketing – for results face-to-face and in writing.
  • Job Search – methodologies and approaches.
  • Interview Skills – preparation, during and post-interview.
  • Negotiating Contract – best practice for win/win solutions.
  • Development Plan – Proactive Career Management

Added Value

Unicus provides experienced 1:1 Coaches qualified to provide psychological coaching when appropriate. Using Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming methods we help Clients overcome psychological blocks that may otherwise inhibit progress.

Fees

Based on 10% of annual salary plus VAT for a Programme of 6 half-day face-to-face Sessions over 3 to 6 months. Telephone Career Coaching is also available on request.
