Alison has over 23 years of wide-ranging business experience including sixteen years in the Pharmaceutical Industry where she has held positions in Consultancy, Management, Training and Business Development with GSK and RSA Search & Selection. She is an active deliverer of Career and Recruitment Management Sessions on TOPRA Courses and Workshops and contributes Articles to both Associations' publications. She has been providing Careers Advice to Regulatory Affairs professionals for almost seven years and has built a reputation for high quality customer service and delivery of results - based around a pragmatic and empathic approach.

Alison has qualifications in Performance, Communication & Assertiveness, Stress Management and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching; Training and Counseling, a Diploma in Management Studies and is a Founder Member of the Association for Coaching.

Code of Ethics

Alison has a Diploma in Coaching from Middlesex University and is a Founder Member of the Association for Coaching and a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and subscribes to their Code of Ethics and Practice.

She is a regular author and speaker on the merits of Coaching, Career Management and Learning and Development for Associations within the Pharmaceutical Industry and is a member of the AC's Organisational Development Team – raising the profile of ethical and professional Coaching and its value to businesses and individuals.
