Recent information from the MHRA makes it clear that a significant minority of MA holders have not yet submitted applications to update their marketing authorisations with an approved patient information leaflet.

This is a legal requirement that all products marketed in the UK have an update MA by 1st July 2008. The bulletin goes on to say that enforcement action is foreseen.
